IN proverbs 13:3 it says HE WHO GUARDS HIS MOUTH PRESERVES HIS LIFE,BUT HE WHO OPENS WIDE HIS LIPS SHALL HAVE DESTRUCTION. The tongue is the smallest organ in the body but it is the most dreadfull if not well used.in some cases silence is the best option.according to the bible in proverbs 12;18 it says the tongue of the wise promotes health.in proverbs 15;2 it says that the tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly but mouth of fools pours forth foolishness.Every word that we speak has power in it and it can either affect us positively or negatively in our life,its good to be a person of less words because in proverbs 18:21 it says Death and life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it wil eat its fruits.
