Yes it is just like ne surgery or procedure done to that is entirely uneccary if our rab has decided to bless you with children alhamdullila if not Allah knows the reasons why

Actually the almighty had made u from a drop of a sperm so lets keep it to him but i know there is a name of ALLAH by reciting n by keeping some fast may help to have a natural baby
